HOW TO OBTAIN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS FOR CASCADES HS GRADUATES ONLY:

Requests for Official Transcripts must be in writing to:

OR FAX THE WRITTEN REQUEST TO : (646) 654-1742

Email your request to Ms. Watson at awatson4@schools.nyc.gov

You MUST state your last name, first name, date of birth, year of graduation or discharge, include a telephone number in case there are any questions.

In addition, please include a self-addressed envelope so that we can forward the official transcript via mail.

GRADUATION VERIFICATION:
How to obtain a copy of your Diploma:

Diplomas are NEVER photocopied. We will, however, provide an official DIPLOMA LETTER, which states that you have completed the Cascades High School program etc.

You MUST state last name, first name, date of birth, year of graduation, etc.
